Hello my dearest beautiful readers,
SO, my papers have officially been submitted, I repeat, they have been submitted!!! I will now be religiously checking the mail every 15 minutes in eager anticipation of receiving my LDS MISSION CALL! Dang, I am SO stoked, y'all!
I have gained SUCH a firm testimony of the Plan of Salvation, my dad passed away when I was 14, but I know with surety that there's a plan, everything happens for a reason, and Heavenly Father needed him for something reaaally important up there. I truly believe that through Jesus Christ, families really can be together forever. I'm so thankful for the precious knowledge that I have, and I want to share it with everyone around me, I want to shout it from the rooftops! The Gospel is truly incredible, and it has blessed my life many, many more times than I can count. I know that God lives. I know that Joseph Smith went into that grove and saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and restored the Gospel onto our earth. I know that the power of the Atonement is real, and I am beyond grateful for my big brother, Christ for dying for me, and illuminating the way back to our Father in Heaven. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is our true prophet and that he speaks the truth. I know that personal revelation is real, and I know that the power of priesthood is true. I know that the Book of Mormon is true, God truly speaks to us through its pages. I have a strong testimony of prayer, and that God hears our every word. I know without a doubt in my mind, that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to share the truth and light and give the Lord 18 months of my complete devotion and immersion in this work! YAYYYYY.
